About Us

The Godrik Ultrasound School of Excellence, is owned and operated by Emma Godrik. With over 20 years of ultrasound training experience, Emma has worked with more than 100 students, mentoring them and preparing them for a successful ultrasound career.

Emma is a passionate tutor sonographer and enjoys passing on her wealth of knowledge. With a love for teaching, she has provided ultrasound education to sonography students, qualified sonographers and allied health professionals through mentoring, tutorials, scanning workshops and ultrasound conferences.  

Emma has contributed lectures to the University of South Australia's Obstetric and Gynaecology subject of the Graduate Diploma in Medical Sonography and to allied health professionals for the University's Department of rural health. 

Emma is an accredited medical sonographer and holds a Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography (ASUM) and has completed a Professional Certificate in Practice Education from the University of South Australia.

Emma is an active member of the South Australian branch of the Australian Sonographers Association and in May 2023, was acknowledged for her contribution to the ultrasound profession by receiving the Australian Sonographer of the Year Award for South Australia awarded by the Australian Sonographers Association.
